What we collect
When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect your name, contact information, preferred date and time, treatment choice, property or vessel location, and anything you voluntarily add to the notes.
What we use it for
We use this information to respond to you, assess therapist availability, determine property or vessel access, communicate the proposed price, coordinate a locally eligible provider and manage the requested service if confirmed.
Where your request goes
Booking requests are delivered to Tranquilitas's business inbox using an email-delivery provider where configured. If the web form cannot deliver, the page offers a WhatsApp or direct email alternative; you must choose to send through that alternative.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared only as needed with staff or potential local service providers to evaluate and deliver the appointment. We do not sell booking-request information. We retain correspondence for operational and legitimate business purposes and respond to reasonable requests concerning your data subject to legal requirements.
